Elizma is Head of Professional Services at Deimos, focussed on digital transformation and adoption. She spent the last 4 years working on large scale business projects within corporate environments. During this time, she realised even the most well designed front-end experience will fail in its delivery to customers if not supported by engaged employees and quality back end services and solutions. Her interest is therefore two-fold: continuous improvement of the employee experience, and the delivery of quality services and technology that enhance the experiences we build.
