After reading an MBA through a virtual classroom in 2003, Michael saw the potential of SaaS for small businesses, allowing them to compete with larger businesses. Liberating data off desktops into the cloud allows data integration that eliminates data entry duplication, errors in data entry, and makes it easy to access information for those that need it. He has a strong belief that there is always room for improvement, which causes him to challenge what we do, why we are doing it, whether it should be done in the first place and if so – is there a better and simpler way to do it.
